What is Nutritional Therapy?
Nutritional Therapy is the application of scientifically validated benefits of vital nutrients in food to promote health. It is a holistic, personalised approach that uses good nutrition, herbs and natural supplements (if desired) to support your body's ability to heal from imbalances and disease. Functional testing is also an available option to provide greater insight in complex conditions.

A little bit about me:
Hello, my name is Jenny Jeffs and I am a fully qualified nutritional therapist through the College of Naturopathic Medicine, London. I am also registered with the Association of Naturopathic Practioners.
I live in Kent, beside the sea, with my husband, twin daughters, mum and a frequently updated managerie of pets.
My journey into the impact of diet on health began relatively early. My mother, sister, and I have all had to deal with the chronic health conditions of CFS/ME and Fibromyalgia for decades. Conventional medicine repeatedly told us our test results were “normal,” even as we struggled with severe, life-limiting symptoms. The doctors simply didn't have the tools or the time to really help.
Through trial and error, we found real benefits in complementary therapies, including changing our diets and using natural supplements and herbs.
Having experience with ME/CFS and Fibromyalgia, I understand the frustration of identifying triggers and the limitations of conventional care. I believe that collaboration between GPs, specialists, and skilled complementary practitioners is key to regaining control of health in the face of complex, chronic conditions.
